1voucher Not Refunding

Hi Please help i bought an R200 voucher using their app. They debited R200 from my account via OZOW but my voucher wasn't credited. I've made calls and sent emails but these guys just say they will attend to my issue. since April my money hasn't been refunded. I have multiple emails sent to them now there's no response.
