1 voucher

Plz help i made an online purchase of R200 via 1voucher app which was last weekend Sat 30th Mar 2024.Money ws debited from my account but my account on 1voucher still zero bal i logged a query on Sat spoke to one of the agent by the name Nelisa and she assured me that my query will be resolved within 24-48 hr working days today its the 4th of April 2024 still no money into my acc.I sent them everything they required to proof that money did go out of my account.This company is ***** and i see alot of people have complained before here on hellopeter .Why such companies are still allowed to operate if they there treatin their customers in this manner.I have spoke to different agent some promising me it will be resolved in the next 24hrs and the last agent i spoke Nokubonga said there is a no time frame which confused me.So basically she sayin it take a month or months to refund R200 is it possible .Why gov allow such companies to keep operating why havent they been reviewed and shut down if they keep taking people's money like this.PLEASE HELP !!!!get my money back from this *****ulent company
