No service when things go wrong

We are a company which has 1 Up installations come in and put in a 16ch CCTV system.<br> When everything was installed it looked great.<br> We then had a break in about a month later.<br> One of the cameras were damaged and needed seeing to.<br> We also wanted higher quality cameras installed to be able to see the peoples faces.<br> <br> We sent a email to Jorge and waited over a week before sending a second email.<br> Response came to the second mail and he was sending out one of his guys the next day.<br> <br> His guy came and took measurements and notes on all that was needed.<br> <br> It has since been 21 working days and no response.<br> Email has been sent with no response.<br> <br> We have spent over R40,000 with them and now are getting ZERO service and response.<br> <br> My suggestion, don't expect after sales service from them unless you want to spend more money in which case they will gladly come and do some work but then never hear from them again when there are problems.<br> <br> Not happy, Not impressed and ABSOLUTELY MOERAG !!
