No Service

I was waiting for my parcel from Scotland and the agent called me that was Mr GC Adams and he said to me is from 1time courier. He asked me to pay R1850 on the 27 March 2015 and I payed it and he called me again and said to me I still have an outstanding of R2000 and I pay it on the 03 March 2015 and he called again and said to me I have to pay for my parcel it has stayed for a long time to the company he asked for R1500 I payed him again on the 25 March 2015 and now its been three days now waiting for the parcel. I will be happy if I can get help<br> Thank you
