I took out 2 policies for my uncle and my grandma over 5 years ago and to my surprise this year when my grandma passed on they told me that the 2 policies were discontinued because they are no longer working with the previous underwriter from this year March but there months after that were they deducted and never even had the guts to inform me about that situation. Regardless of that situation I still deserve to get all my premiums back since it wasn't my call to stop the policy but their own business. Somehow they claim to have sent an sms to some number although I gave them my numbers via email, I still have the email trail communicating with one their employees and she promised they were all saved. So in this case i've donated premiums for those years and had to use my own savings to bury my grandma.
