Terrible service

I phoned them to come and look at our stove. The receptionist informed me someone will come out after 2 in the afternoon. When I phoned at 4 to enquire where they were, nobody had any record of my appointment, after the receptionist took my address, email address, phone number and name, she even asked how I heard about them. <br> The lady I spoke with during my afternoon call was quite rude as she just said \I have no record of you". Not a \""Sorry for the misunderstanding mam"
