1st Rate Properties Agent ****

An agent from 1st Rate Properties named Yvonne Aguilar (MANAGING DIRECTOR) ****med my husband and I of R1725.

DO NOT go with this lady for any houses that you may be interested in buying or renting as she will ***** your money and then block you so you cannot contact her.

She made me pay an admin fee of R1725 and told me she cannot assist with the application until it is paid, however the clause in the agreement states that only upon acceptance of the application by the landlord and conclusion of the lease agreement is the admin fee payable, so after reading that clause I requested for the money to be refunded and then got blocked.

Extremely unprofessional behavior and without a doubt cannot be trusted with your money and personal documents, avoid her and 1st Rate Properties by all means.
