Worst Market Business - 1st Dot

Very poor customer service. No knowledge of customer experience and worst market company to do business with. Ordered flyers in December 2019 and end of June 2020 no delivery. The so-called director instructs me to follow up with his courier company. Delivery address was provided to them and they still got it wrong. After numerous attempts to follow up, got an entitled response that i will not get my refund. This will be nasty for them.

As a brief background, we have provided a large number of comparative quotes for this person over the last few years. He did once place an order prior to this incident for 100 business cards. Waybill ***2-BC61 delivered by Globe Flight in July/August 2017 to the address listed on his email signature: 4th Flr, The Firs, Cnr Bierman & Cradock Aves, Rosebank, Johannesburg, 2196. We followed up on that previous execution and received a response from this person on the 4th August 2017 as follows: “Yes Gary, I received the cards and happy.”

The Waybill 5e6e81a8-FY58 in question was delivered on 2020-07-01 at 08:08:30. This was very late, let’s investigate and expose the reasons why: We offered this person a free premium design service for his “Goodleaf” cannabis water with the low resolution images he supp**** in, good faith, because he was unable to provide a print-ready design. This person gave the final go ahead on the artwork we produced on 13 Feb 2020. I quote: “Looks good, please proceed.” We proceeded to send our courier to the address that he displays on his email signature. This is also the same address that he received our previous delivery in July/August 2017. However, we discovered that the person does not operate from this address any longer, which he never mentioned at all. When we informed the client that we attempted to deliver to the address, he told us that he is not operating from that address any longer. He provided a POSTNET address which we were not prepared to deliver to as a protection for both parties, because we realise that no human being resides or operates a business from a post-box. We gave him the waybill number and contact number of the courier company. He proceeded to arrange with the courier to collect the parcel from them according to their report. Unfortunately, this person did not, in fact, follow through on that arrangement and proceeded begin explaining to us how disappointed he was in our service and began to demand a refund and made threats. We responded and reminded him of the fact that he arranged to collect from the courier and asked him yet again for a physical address so that we could deliver his parcel as an alternative arrangement. He then provided an address which we delivered to with extreme speed.

In my opinion, hellopeter.com, attracts the attention of extremely negative people who thrive on slating other people and companies. What I find amusing is that often these people make mistakes, then they do not like the consequences, and they proceed to comment on hellopeter.com. A perfect example, in general, is when people do not pay their debts and then they hurl all kinds of insults at the company that they lent money from. The truth is everybody is laughing at you because you look stupid!

In this case however, let those who indulge in this website be the judges of who was right or wrong.

With reference to your threat Mr Vusi Samkelo Makhanya: “This will be nasty for them.” Sir, I don’t know what you imply, but whether you would like to appoint an army of attorneys, send a hitman, send the mafia from your country of origin, please do so as we will be ready to defend ourselves with the kind of force that will make you wish we never crossed paths in the first place!
