No customer service, excuse for a dealership

Clearly the customer doesn't come 1st here nor customer service, so I call the "dealership" the day before, tell them I'm from Cape Town and I needed and honest straight forward review and assessment of the vehicle they were selling, I was told the vehicles never been in an accident, it's in pristine condition, and they can sure me the person who the car belonged to was from VW south Africa, a lady driver and is very maticulous. I ask to negotiate the price as I felt the price was a Bit steep but none the less, salesman puts me through to the "Dealer Principal" whose actually the owner who is such an ________ nor does he know how to speak to a customer, none the less I agree to fly to George based on HIS recommendation and honest assessment of he knows who owned the vehicle. I get to George and the excuse for a dealership 8:30 the next morning, only to see, the vehicle was accident repaired, scratches all over, steering buttons don't work etc... His male salesman tells me well what do you expect for a 7 year old vehicle and tells me, oh well you wasted your time coming from Cape Town, and walks inside, customer service at its "highest" The arrogant Owner/"dealer principal" doesn't want customers to ask for him or to speak to him he says speak to my staff don't speak to me asif his of a royal bloodline, no wonder your dealership is the size of a Kentucky at a service station, and you want your staff to call you the dealer principal Rudolph?!! So I write this after having dodged a massive bullet in buying utter ******* Mr Rudolph dealer pricipal/ boss/ owner as you told me I will Never recommend anyone buying a vehicle nor toilet paper from you!
