1Red Casino Epic Fail

This Casino is properbly one of the worst Casinos out there,my deposit got lost on the 30june 2023 and since then i have given them proof of payement etc showing them the deposit was in fact deposited into there ABSA account,still they cant sort it out,this is because you get treated as a non vip customer and they dont care,i play at these casinos to check the RTP of games etc to inform people which of these casinos they need to avoid as this is a industry that is not well regulated and casinos make there own rules and regulations.The RTP on games is to help a player with information on how frequint a slot will pay out and if its high ,low or meduim volume slot so the payouts would come more frequint or not so frequint but when it pays out the rewards are bigger if the slot has a higher volitality.But casinos hardly adhere to these and players often gets the short end of the stick .so i will be reviewing them to inform people who want to gamble at a certain casino to have a better idea of the kind of casino he wants to join and if they are open and fair.In this case i would strongly advise players not to deposit money into 1Red casino as they do not know the first thing about customer service and if you look at their website they promise you the world but believe me that is all empty promises with not one of their staff that even remotely tried to help sort out this issue.I do this review and all other reviews based on facts and not because i have any personal issues with the casino or are doing this review because of financial gain,this is purely on my personal experience and to help my fellow comunity members to make better choice when choosing a casino to play at.
