1macIT in JHB is a *****!

This company sells refurbished apple products. I purchased a macbook retina and iphone from the company. Paid 20 000 in full, only recieved the iphone (and it was damaged-fingerprint reader didnt work). they said the laptop was on its was and that they will send a new phone in a week.... it took one month before i received the phone and still no laptop - at this point i was getting alittle impatient and told to hurry the process or they must return my money (Warren says its against his company policy to refund money, so i said thats fine but after a certain length of time that policy must become null and void). Shortly after that, the iphone breaks so i send it back for repairs... To date it is now one year and i have recieved nothing but pathetic emails. STILL NO MONEY and now they dnt even reply.
