Zero communication.

I am so disappointed on my experience with 1life. my Father has had this polices for 14 years, when they were supposed to payout the was zero communication, no email confirmation of receipt. of claim no follow up calls nothing I was the one who had to call in and get different reposnses from everyone at the call center.They promise a 24 hour turn around time but nothing, just ticking boxes. I don't even have a reference no. For my claim to make my contact with the company real, the one thing I got was an sms rate my service.
