Your consultans have terrible manners

I requested a call back, when I was phoned, we started the question and answer session. When asked when I got my previous policy I said 5 or 6 years. The consultant said he can't say that he needs to know exact time. Which I rep**** by saying I can't give an exact time, I will have to go through my emails to see when. That is when your consultant laughed and hanged up.

What pathetic consultants do you have when they chase away potential clients.?
