WRONG INFORMATION

A consultant called me in 2009 and told me I can get money back on my insurance and I can get my money back if I cancel. When I called them to check how much can I get back then I was told I was given the wrong information I dont know how is this my problem and my premiums are way too expensive and I want my money back. They've been sending me threatningvsmses and nobody has called to tell me what was the call saying. They are trying to reap me off whereas they are at fault...I was given wrong information by their staff . They must take responsibility and give me all my premiums from 2009. They are working like schemas they are a big company for such nonsense and lies. They must just train their call centre staff on products before letting them call clients. I can not loose my money because I was given the wrong information and they must just gain ftom my loss never ut doesnut work like that I want my money back all of it. They have the audecity to send me an sms saying my policy has lapsed hiw dare they do that. I reversed the debit order until this matter us resolved. I want my money
