Wow wow wow
I have been searching around for a replacement for my life cover and funeral cover for a while now and when I contacted your call centre previously I took out life cover with Laurence. Now also realizing that I had to take out additional Funeral cover. fortunately Mary-Anne (Hlalosang) Mo***eng was at my service. I just want to say that this vibrant young lady, is not only spot on with her knowledge of her own products, but she knows the insurance industry thoroughly. <br> Hlalosang has the perfect personality and great telephone etiquette to make the most stubborn person humble and trust me I am no easy client when it comes to speaking to people telephonically. I firmly believe that Hlalosang should get a 100 out of 10 as her service quality and attention to detail is impeccable and she definitely deserves a raise in salary and a promotion. Thank you Mary-Anne for convincing me to stick with 1Life.
