Worst service from 1 life Insurance

This is the worst insurance company .I wrote a review about what they did a few days ago.My brother passed away in January this year and he was having a life cover and funeral cover with them and they declined the life cover and said because he never checked hiv it turned to accidental but what is so suprising is that the premiums remained the same and another suprising thing is that my brother didnt die because of hiv There is no proof that they told my brother to do hiv test and he didnt do it ,they know that he is not alive to talk for himself and now even the funeral cover they havent paid it they keep saying that its on validation which I think they are still trying to find another reason they will give for declining it .After I wrote areview I got a reply from hellopeter saying that 1 life rep**** privately to me but to my suprise ,they sent me along essay of unreadable text which is more than the screen of the phone ,I dont know whether its another country s language or what but if its a language its not an african language maybe its chinese or other language from overseas.I didnt understood the reason for what they sent me .Whoever joins 1life must know that its like s/he is flushing the money in the toilet because they dont want to pay they want to get only not to give back.1life dont deserve any star ,if there was a way to put 0 /5 stars I was going yo give them zero because they dont deserve any star
