Worst service ever!!!

Most pathetic place to take out funeral cover. We made a claim a month ago. Still no payment to date. Everyday new stories. It's our second funeral now and first claim hasn't been paid out yet. But they deduct premium every month on time. No response via email. If my claim is not paid by tomorrow I am definitely taking this to the ombudsman
