Worst service

I wrote to hellopeter on the 3rd of December we got a call that we should write a letter to complains we did just that and we send the latter on the 9th of December we received an email that the are busy with the cailm but the matter will be resolved within 2 days the email was from skhumbuzo Mkhaye since from then till today we haven't heard from them I even think that they are taking an advantage
