worst policy insurer I've come across

I have been trying to update my beneficiary details online for 3 days now but once I've entered the details and click on "save" an error message comes up and I cant update. I cant even update my physical address. this is totally ridiculous. before they come up with an excuse that they tried calling me to assist, that is besides the point. in this day and age as a policy holder I should be able to access my policy 24/7 and update it etc what is the point of registering online to access the policy if I cant edit basic details!? oh and they don't have a chat option....in 2022, really!? unfortunately given how long I've had the policy for and my age i cannot afford to terminate the policy and get one with another company.

I am already anticipating issues my beneficiaries will have the day they have to claim And i thought having life cover is supposed to give one peace of mind.

if there's anyone who knows of an insurer that offers decent life cover and the institution allows freedom to access and edit your profile do give some of us a shout out. am already having endless headaches with 1life
