Worst experience ever!!!

before i took out the policy 2 months i was told that i will receive a noting letter for Bond attorneys, its the main reason i went to take out a life insurance policy, the minute the consultant got all my details and loaded my policy he changed his attitude towards me saying i have to phone another department and gave me stories, i phoned numerous times in the past month trying to just get the damn noting letter but every time i call I'm given a different excuse why i cant get it, i do not recommend this company , they are slow and don't care about the clients once they have got you they forget!
