Worse service ever

I will never ever forget the kind of treatment i hv been receiving from this insurance company. Loosing a mother at the age of 26 left with 3 younger siblings i hv tname of t me brother in April comes to my younger sister whe. Thecourt I hits 1Life insurance payout nightmare.

Exhausting experience.

Our Mom passed on beginning of the year. She had life insurance with 1Life My two siblings are the beneficiaries, one of which is a minor and not of legal age to receive the payout.

After claiming, the insurance paid out to the older sibling. I am in the process of opening a Guardian Fund from the master of the high court for the minor but 1Life is making it the worst experience ever.

I submitted the required documentation, I waited, no feedback until I call, Something is missing, This has happened 3 times, Despite the many times I have asked them to tell me everything they need.

And they only tell me this when I call, I never get feedback from them.

I have been waiting for 3 weeks and every time I call there is a new development.

The last straw is when they told me they want the High Court to change the structure of letter.

I have given them everything they have asked from me and now they want a structure change, What’s next, a different font..? My only wish is that if they knew the pain of loosing a parent nd hvng to go through such misery when claiming. I am on the verge of taking it up with ombudsman.
