Worse ever

I have been with 1life for more than 15 years now,i've got a life cover with them. I've noticed that they are cheating their clients through the premiums. When i first joined they said the premium will not increase,as i tell you now am paying double of what I was paying when i first joined, not only that -i have been asking them to call me regarding the double premiums that i've been paying,and am still waiting for that call and its' been more than 8 months now,but if i send them an SMS saying i want to join- they call me in less than 5 minutes - and promise to transfere my call to the right consultants ,in which i would hold until they decide to drop that call without any update/response.
