Worse Company to have a Life Policy with

Having a life policy with you yet you reply basically after a week with no real help is diabolical. This is unprofessional. Definitely out of SLA cause there’s no way they reply to me after reaching on 13 June, it’s 24 June today and you’re directing me to a contact centre????
