I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your customer service Personnel on the 16 of August 2017. His ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations.
I really commend the prompt service provided by Mr Denga Singo (I really hope I spelt it correctly). The authentication questions where part of the rapport and not asked as if I was taking an SAT exam, which is something amiss these days. I am really pleased with the knowledge and s****s Mr Denga Singo portrayed during this call. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale.
I would love to recommend your company to anyone who needs Life cover in the future. Keep up the good work.
