Wonderful service
I would like to compliment Wayne Powell on an excellent service! He had helped me more than other call center workers could do. I called in to speak to a Manager or someone in charge and with his wonderful skills and personality he had calmed my mood extremely quickly. Wayne gave me a personal email address that I could contact him directly which put me at ease.<br> <br> Thanks Wayne you are excellent!
