Why the hell do they activate a cover without my permission and debit the money too?!!!!!!Each month!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! They activated a life cover without my permission, and debits it every month. Ive asked them numerous times to stop that debit order because i did not ask for it. But they still keep debiting.. I've cancelled the car insurance with them too at this point. And they stopped deducting money for the car. But the life insurance keeps deducting. I have to reverse it every month and i am going to take legal steps because it affects my credit record negatively if i keep reversing the debit order. I am so disappointed!!!!!!
