What a way to service!!
To obtain certain information when forwarding an authorization document through the normal channels the center has a turnaround time of 48hours. However, I have come across a marvelous human being named Bafana Malabie whom immediately attended to my query.In this industry it is rare to receive such a positive attitude, quick service and I want to say to 1Life you have a star in y our employment. Well done and thank you Bafana!
