What a pleasure...
When I receive calls from service providers I usually pretend I am not interested... I am delighted that I gave Mervan a chance to tell me about the 1Life policy. He is thorough, speaks clearly and knows his product. Mervan, you have restored my faith in call centres.<br> PS: Enjoy the small bonus :)
