What a bunch of clowns. Over the weekend I tried to get a quote from them for life cover. While all their competitors ask me what amount I want my life covered for before providing me with a quote these bunch of clowns from 1Life first want to know if I have life cover with another company. And then they spend a lot of time asking about the life cover I have with this other company. Still don't see how that is relevant to me doing business with 1Life. Once I was done with these totally irrelevant questions, I was then asked: "How important is it for you to have life cover?" And I was provided 5 possible answers ranging from "Not import" to "Very important". That is where I drew the line and quickly ended the call. Is this circus for real?????
