waiting period of 48 hours is a lie!!

This place is really starting to **** me the **** off, they keep saying they will get back to my mum is 10 working days since last month , my granny passed away on the 4th of December, today is the 21st of January its been a whole month and almost 3 weeks since we submitted a claim for the life cover this is unacceptable.
