waiting more than 6 months for payout - no feedback - empty promises

<p>in november i submitted a claim. its been 6 months now. everytime i speak to felicity she keeps saying claim with assesor i will give u feedback. she always says she will get back to me next week but does not even for a month. why do yourll sell insurance to pull in customers but yourls claims proccess is pathetic. there are beneficiaries who are eagerly awaiting funds. my mum is now a widow and is unemployed even after telling felicity that she needs this money to survive there is no sense of emergency. the policy no ***.</p> <p>i expect an answer, there are no complications with the claim to my knowledge what is the **** delay??????????</p>
