Waiting for payment from 1life

My father passed away in July and 1life said we should send body identification form and postmortem report and other documents so body identification form and postmortem report took awhile we had to wait for 3 months for them to be realised and after we send every documents they needed since from then my mom kept on calling them asking what's happening they keep on telling her that the investigator it's busy with the case and they don't know when will the investigator finish the case it's been 3 to 4 weeks now since we haven't heard from them.
