Very Rude Consultant

i received an sms today to complete a survey and at the end i had to tick if i wanted to be contacted by someone to possibly take out a funeral cover , i ticked yes and less the an hour and a half i get a call from a consultant from 1Life i dint get her name properly since i was busy i told to her she should contact me next week since i didn't think they will contact so soon and im busy at the moment and to my surprise rudely the consultant said to me :Why did you ask us to call you today , Why did you fill the survey today and i asked her her name she just kept quiet and hang up ,I think your company should train your consultants well cause if you keep consultants like this you will loose client .
