VERY POOR OR NO SERVICE AT ALL

So I have got this funeral plan with 1 life for sometime now which covers my inlaws as well. Two weeks ago my father inlaw passed away and I contacted them and emailed them all required documents. Up until today they have not called me or emailed me with any feedback. We have buried my inlaw and still nothing this is very poor service and to think I am with them for sometime now and I have all my loved ones covered with them. If this is service I will not recommend them
