very offended and upset
<p>to be honest am very upset with 1lifeinsurance am thinking of cancelling the ****** policy with them as they offended me both the supervisor and consultant (Mr Bafana Malabie), i called in with the request to update my banking details and the cansultant and his Supervisor advised me that i must forward them an email for my bankings becouse of my "voice" sound like a "female" over the phone , am very offended with 1life and i would like you guys to forward me all the recordings to my email below from the day i enrolled for that policy.......am wondering why you have calls recorded but still doing stupied things...this is unexceptable</p> <p>my details</p> <p>story phokane</p> <p> ********** </p> ********** **********
