Very Impressed

I often feel that in the South African service industry bad service, rude staff and general confusion seem to be the norm. So I was pleasantly surprised by first for woman. I have had my life insurance policy with them for a few years now and generally they have been good with keeping in touch. I recently wanted to confirm changes and have documents resent to me. Not only did they contact me back within four hours of emailing them but Daniel was incredibly polite and helpful. He answered all my questions, made sure I received my documents and helped me amend my policy, all without any extra effort on my part. <br> <br> I am suitably impressed and happy with the service I have received and it reaffirms my choice of using First for Women and may decision to remain with them.
