Very good service
I received a call today regarding a policy I have with 1lifdirect. Nhlakanipho was on the other end of the line. He was very friendly, informative and had a fantastic attitude. He had a great sense of humor as well which always makes a call centre call easier to take! He is also very well spoken and I could understand everything he said and he didn't constantly have to repeat himself! <br> <br> Thanks for the great service!
