Very Dissapointed

Very disappointed. After 15 years of paying for. Life Cover my policy got cancelled due to non payment. Tried reaching out, made phone calls and sent e-mails explaining my situation and no response. Today I get a call from an agent asking me to do a new policy. What about my 15 years contributions? After so many attempts to rectify. F u maan!!
