Very disappointed on your services

I was assisted by one of your agent which I don't remember by name December 2025 and agree to open a policy which will commence on January 2026 on my first deductions of the month. I am surprised now that you deduct money from me by December while agreement was on 28th January 2026. I sent you email on the matter your response was you were going to look on it, called you directly but said the same thing, today I am still waiting on your feedback why did the policy debited money from December not January as agreed no response from my emails.

Please respond to my emails and I demand a cancelation from your policy and you must refund my money back.
