Very bad service

I took out a life insurance policy with 1Life, and in the same month got a cheaper alternative, I called them on the 24th November last to cancel my policy, instead I was insulted and the agent told me that my voice sounded like a woman even after I had been successfully verified by her with her questions. I requested on that day that the please terminate my policy immediately. This call happened after I emailed on of their agents that got me the policy in the first place to cancel it, and she advised that I call. After I completed my call, I was under the impression that my policy will be canceled. In Jan 2026 I discovered that they took money from my account in Dec 2025 and Jan 2026 after my instruction to them in November 2025 to cancel my policy. I called again in Jan and was advised that it was now canceled. I asked them to reimburse my money they took for the months they took, and was told that they can only reimburse for Jan 2026 as my policy was only canceled in Jan 2026. I keep following up but I am not happy with their service.
