Utterly Disgusted!!!!!

My Mother had a Policy **********ly opened by one of your brokers in New Castle. The Sales consultant misled her by asking her to see her policy schedule for a company that she is currently insured with, and she wrote all the details, and advised that she needs to go to SASSA, and get her policy activate. The sales consultant then took her details, and opened the policy without Permission. i have lodged a complaint regarding this with one of your brokers in January they have been giving me the run around even though i have sent all the documents needed. i have been communicating with a gentleman called Elvis who has Zero empathy, and People's s****s. the fact that i don't even get any feedback regarding my complaint, and all i'm told is that the forensic team is still investing for 3 whole months to date i haven't received feedback. This is totally disturbing, and shows how your company has no regard for elderly people, and you just take advantage off them.
