Utterly disappointed and angree at 1Life

Unexpected debit on 25th. I have a non working wife and a 5 year old special needs boy. I am the only sole bread winner.

I was however surprised this morning with a double debit from my account from 1LIFE ..

Please note 1life is aware that i get paid on the 1st. Please note. It is 5 more days till month end. Please note. Thanx to 1LIFE taking my last money from my account I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FEED MY FAMILY TILL THE 31ST OF MAY.

I FEEL UTTERLY DISCUSTED THAT THEY KEEP PUSHING TOWARDS POLICY AND PROCEDURE.

SO WHO WILL FEED MY 5 YEAR OLD BOY THAT HAS A EATING DISORDER AND REQUIRES DAILY FRESH FOOD.

IM GUTTED.
