Useless funeral insurance

I lost my brother on the 11th of May 1life is refusing to pay the claim said the will get back to us on the 6th of June, spoke to Charles who is so useless and decided to drop the phone on my ears, still trying to cope with losing my brother now it's this insurance 1life is so useless I have an insurance with them and my husband has one too I'm going to cancel it today coz it really doesn't help to have you guys debiting money and not paying out when it's time,
