Useless

I've had cover with 1Life for just over two years now. I asked them to call me a week ago about taking up cover on my parents and changing my beneficiary. They haven't called me. I wonder what will happen when I die because clearly client service isn't much of a thing for them. I am now actively looking for another insurer. Because it is wild that I pay these people religiously every month yet they couldn't be bothered to get back to me or respond to my emails. Garbage cover. Very regretful.
