Urgent

I put in a disability claim 8 months ago and yet still no answer. I can't afford my chronic medication, can't afford to to go to my docter, can barely afford the policy anymore. I've really come to the end of my rope. I just needed help but they are in turn worsening my condition 10 fold to the point of contemplating suicide. I am contemplating taking up a life insurance somewhere else of higher standards. The reason being if this is how they treat me when I'm alive, i don't even want to find out how it would be for my family when i pass and judging by the other reviews, i just get more fearful by the day, adding to my mountain of stress and problems. My adjuster (frieddy) is probably one of the most difficult people to get a hold of, every time i call, they say he will " call me back ", that never happens. I'm not one to complain and I'm a very patient person but this is affecting my mental health to an extreme extent. You would think during the pandemic they would be there for you, especially in regards to financial security . I'm honestly appalled at the prospect of even complaining on such a public sector, but hopefully i can get some assistance this way. I will be seeking legal help if this does not get resolved.
