Unwanted Debits

I have a life cover & a funeral policy with 1Life and phoned the company to cancel both. But the lady i spoke with telephonically refused. 1Life is deducting R702 life cover & R202 funeral cover. Lately if i try to phone again for cancellation, their phones are not going through. I’m tired of these debits. I even sent an email this month but they continue to debit .
