unsure of what I'm paying for
Few years ago i saw a 1life promo on tv and i sent an sms for a consultant to call me back.<br> They called and I wanted a life policy.The conditions were that I did my blood tests and then the policy will be activated .I however did not manage to complete that blood test before the end of that particular month,but i WAS VERY SURPRISED when month end came and i HAD MONEY DEDUCTED FROM ACCOUNT. How can i HAVE A POLICY WHEN THE BASIC CONDITIONS WERE NOT EVEN MET,WHICH WAS MY BLOOD TEST COMPLETION. Ever since then i have emailed few times and have asked exactly what i am paying for as it has been over 2 years that they have been debiting my account and i DONT EVEN HAVE A COPY OF WHATEVER POLICY THIS IS I HAVE.Why when I app**** for a life policy am I now paying for something that i guess only they know what I'm paying for.?<br>
