Unsatisfactory Handling of Complaint and Lack of Response

I entered the 1Life competition through Metro FM on the 25th or 26th November 2025. I won, and no from 1Life reached out to me on my winnings, till the day i reached out to complaints. Only on the 20th Jan i got a response from Thabang Mogashoai, who has now also gone awol. I've followed up twice and no one has ever attended to me. This is such poor service especially because I have been a loyal client of 1Life for over 10 years, and I find this treatment both disappointing and concerning.
