Unprofessional/Bad telephone manner

a consultant called me, not even a 'good afternoon' or just 'hello', she just proceeded. When i said, after she told me why she was calling, 'No , thank you, I am not interested', she just put the phone down in my ear. Not a thank you or goodbye. Very rude and unprofessional. I dont even want to imagine the service a client would get when it is time for them (1Life) to pay out.
