My mother who is an elderly person took a life cover with 1life . She needed to do blood tests. A representative called to set up a date that they will meet at her GP after numerous attempts of sending a nurse to her house have failed to materialise. She went to the GP remember she lives in a rural area there are no pharmacies that they partnering with .On a very cold day, my mother then went to the GP as agreed with the representative from 1life,no one pitched and no one called to apologise and set another date to fix this! There are no arrangement to date. I need this fixed 1life ASAP
